Do you accept returns?
No, all of my items are exactly as described, therefore I do not accept returns. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have about the product before you buy.
Do you ship international?
I will ship international for an extra charge, this is described in each add. Please make sure that the item you are bidding on is able to be shipped to your country from another country. Each country has rules on what can be shipped into the country.
Are your products authentic?
All of the products that I sell that state they are authentic, are just that. I buy all of my products at either retail locations or through sample sales, directly from the designer.
How can I find out more about a product?
Please contact me with any questions that you may have about any of my items that I have for sell. I try to post several pictures of all of my items from various angles, however if you would like additional pictures, please let me know.
Are you flexible with your prices?
The prices I set for my items are very competitive with any other Brand New, Authentic item that you see on this site and other auction style sites. I do not try to be compete in price with those individuals that are selling replica items. I do not and never will sell replica items. Authentic items that are Brand New from the retailer are always going to cost more than replica items. If you are interested in an item, please contact me to discuss prices.
